The same day, John Crosby of Billerica, yeoman, for $4,000 quitclaimed to Ichabod Everett of Boston "the homestead situate a few rods north of the meeting house in said Billerica containing fifty six acres be it more or less with all the buildings thereon," with the same bounds as the guardian's deed, reserving a right of way for Joseph Locke from the gate near Henry Bridge's house and the right of the widow Alice Bridge "to pasture one cow on the above described premises during her natural life," with the twelve acre Fox Hill wood lot.
